What is a Professional Learning Network?
"Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn."

Professional Learning Networks (PLN's) are learning communities that are customized to an individual's needs. In teaching, that includes the professionals you interact with face-to-face as well as those who are part of on-line connections and also the resources that meet your learning needs. Educators are able to completely customize the learning, training, and experiences they seek in order to improve their craft through PLN's. PLN's are symbiotic in nature, in that members share information, ideas, lessons, successes and/or failures rather than simply being passive consumers.
